To place an order, simply browse our online store, select the products you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery date of your package.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Our standard shipping is handled through CanadaPost. Orders may take up to 5 business days to process.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the distance to the SHIP TO address.

Our return policy may vary depending on the product category and individual circumstances. Please fill out our Returns & Exchanges page form HERE and we will get back to you.

Customer must pay for shipping of returned and refunded items, returns and refunds will be processed upon arrival of the returned item.

No worries! If you were not immediately directed to the page confirming the completion of your order, it may be due to high site traffic. Please do not hit the submit order button again, as it may charge you twice. Check your email for confirmation and also try checking your junk mail inbox. We hope this never happens! All items are checked prior to stocking and before packing/shipping. We take the best precautions we can to safely package each item for its journey to you.

However, if your item tragically arrives damaged, contact us at cpcstore@conservative.ca, and we will address the situation immediately! Please don’t send the damaged product back before reaching out and discussing your situation with us. We want to make it right, but we need to sort out the best plan of action.
